Practical guide
Shanghai Easy Go: open the English visitor hub inside Alipay
Use one registration to reach grouped food, transport, sightseeing and shopping tools—then verify the live service itself.
Shanghai’s municipal government says Easy Go is an English-language platform operating on Alipay for international visitors. It groups mini-program services into food, transport, sightseeing and shopping, with functions described as including public transport, ride hailing, ticket booking, luggage storage and tax-refund-counter discovery. Translation and service availability are live platform conditions; confirm the current flow before making a time-sensitive purchase or booking.
A clear next step
- Open Alipay and locate the Easy Go platform.
- Choose the service category that matches the task rather than relying on a broad city search.
- Check the underlying mini-program’s current eligibility, availability and completion details before committing.
